Previous user of SvarDirekt main administrator using the new platform for the first time
If you are registered as the main administrator for SvarDirekt, you can access our new platform by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ and entering your admin email address and customer number. Your login details will then be sent to you. If you have not received an email within 30 minutes, please contact us at svardirekt@hafa.se. Anyone registered as an administrator has received an email from us with more information. For security reasons, it is the main administrator who adds relevant users to your account in the new SvarDirekt.
